The Client
Merritt Music is a music production company that produces original music for television. They have scored hundreds of tv commercials, promos and themes for shows.
The Challenge
Merritt Music needed to reach their audience of television producers and marketing agencies and quickly show them Merritt Music’s capabilities. They also needed a preview/file sharing area on their web site for existing clients.
The Solution
DMGx designed and developed a very simple, yet powerful web site for Merritt Music that features a video player on the home page that allows the user to quickly peruse the Merritt Music portfolio all from one place. A blogging tool and Twitter feed were also implemented to allow Merritt Music to easily make announcements, post articles of interest, and harness the power of social media. DMGx also developed a custom password-protected client area that allows Merritt Music to communicate with their current clients. Clients can upload large video files and Merritt Music composers can post works in progress for client review. Clients can review the video and music while making comments to the composer straight from the tool.
